Allegations: MR. THACKER REFERRED A MORTGAGE LOAN FILE TO ANOTHER MORTGAGE COMPANY AND ACCEPTED A BROKER FEE FROM THE LOAN CLOSING AS COMPENSATION FOR THE REFERRAL. MR. THACKER WAS LED TO BELIEVE THAT THE OTHER MORTGAGE COMPANY WAS A LENDER. Status: Final Sanction Detail: THE FINE OF $500 WAS LEVIED AGAINST MR. THACKER. HE PAID THE FINE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STIPULATED CONSENT ORDER: $250 WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE FINAL ORDER; AND ANOTHER $250 WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE FINAL ORDER. Summary: MR. THACKER REFERRED A MORTGAGE LOAN FILE TO ANOTHER MORTGAGE COMPANY AND ACCEPTED A BROKER FEE FROM THE LOAN CLOSING AS COMPENSATION FOR THE REFERRAL. MR.
