CHARGED CLIENTS AN ADVISORY FEE GREATER THAN THAT SHOWN IN THE CONTRACT FOR SECOND QUARTER 2017. FAILED TO PREPARE AND MAINTAIN TRUE, ACCURATE AND CURRENT INVOICES THAT WERE SENT TO CLIENTS EACH TIME ADVISORY FEES WERE DIRECT DEBITED. Status: Final Sanction Detail: THE MONETARY FINE LEVIED JOINTLY AND SEVERALLY BY THE STATE OF FLORIDA IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,500 WAS PAID IN FEBRUARY 2019.
