Status: Final Sanction Detail: THE OREGON DIVISION OF FINANCIAL REGULATION CANCELLED THE REGISTRATION/LICENSE OF THE PREVIOUS INVESTMENT ADVISER FIRM THAT MR. KAPLAN WAS ASSOCIATED WITH, HALCYON FINANCIAL PLANNING, DUE TO "LACK OF E&O INSURANCE". HALCYON FINANCIAL HAS TO SATISFY AN OUTSTANDING EXAM. Summary: THE OREGON DIVISION OF FINANCIAL REGULATION CANCELLED THE REGSITRATION/LICENSE OF THE PREVIOUS INVESTMENT ADVISER FIRM THAT MR.
