Status: Final Sanction Detail: IN CONNECTION WITH THE SETTLED ORDER, PALMER SQUARE CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LLC PAID A CIVIL MONETARY PENALTY IN THE AMOUNT OF $450,000 TO THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION. Summary: THE SETTLED ORDER PROVIDES THAT PALMER SQUARE CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LLC VIOLATED CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE INVESTMENT ADVISERS ACT AND INVESTMENT COMPANY ACT IN CONNECTION WITH CERTAIN CROSS TRADING ACTIVITY. ON SEPTEMBER 21, 2020, THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION ISSUED AN ORDER INSTITUTING ADMINISTRATIVE AND CEASE-AND-DESIST PROCEEDINGS, MAKING CERTAIN FINDINGS AND IMPOSING CERTAIN SANCTIONS.
