Status: Final Sanction Detail: ECOSYSTEM INVESTMENT PARTNERS LLC PAID A CIVIL MONEY PENALTY OF $75,000 TO THE SEC ON JUNE 4, 2018 TO SETTLE THIS MATTER. Summary: ON MARCH 23, 2018 ECOSYSTEM INVESTMENT PARTNERS ACCEPTED THE SEC'S SETTLEMENT OFFER WITHOUT ADMITTING OR DENYING ANY OF THE SEC'S FINDINGS IN EXCHANGE FOR THE PAYMENT OF A CIVIL PENALTY. IN CONNECTION THEREWITH, ON JUNE 1, 2018, THE SEC ENTERED AN ORDER THAT REQUIRED ECOSYSTEM INVESTMENT PARTNERS TO CEASE AND DESIST FROM COMMITTING OR CAUSING ANY FUTURE VIOLATIONS OF RULE 204(B)-1 UNDER THE ADVISERS ACT, FURTHER CENSURED ECOSYSTEM INVESTMENT PARTNERS, AND REQUIRED THAT ECOSYSTEM INVESTMENT PARTNERS PAY A CIVIL MONEY PENALTY OF $75,000.
