Status: Final Sanction Detail: TALKOT CAPITAL, LLC PAID $84,537.68 ON SEPTEMBER 18, 2013, WHICH PAYMENT INCLUDED DISGORGEMENT OF $17,640.00, PREJUDGMENT INTEREST OF $1,897.68, AND A CIVIL MONETARY PENALTY OF $65,000.00. Summary: THE SEC ENTERED AN ORDER ON SEPTEMBER 16, 2013, ACCEPTING AN OFFER OF SETTLEMENT BY TALKOT CAPITAL, LLC. THE FIRM MADE PAYMENTS DUE ON SEPTEMBER 18, 2013.
