Allegations: SUSPECTED VIOLATION OF ART. 151 IN CONJUNCTION WITH ART. 134 OF THE FEDERAL ACT ON FINANCIAL MARKET INFRASTRUCTURES AND MARKET CONDUCT IN SECURITIES AND DERIVATIVES TRADING OF 19 JUNE 2015 (FINANCIAL MARKET INFRASTRUCTURE ACT, FMIA; SR 958.1) IN CONJUNCTION WITH (FORMER) ART. 20 OF THE FEDERAL ACT ON STOCK EXCHANGES AND SECURITIES TRADING (STOCK EXCHANGE ACT, SESTA; ST 954.1) AND ART. 134 FMIA (LATE NOTICE FILINGS). Status: Final Sanction Detail: FPA AGREED TO A REPARATION PAYMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF CHF 15,000 (US$15,060). THIS AMOUNT WAS PROVIDED TO FPA'S LEGAL COUNSEL ON MARCH 28, 2017, WITH INSTRUCTIONS TO IMMEDIATELY PAY THE TOTAL AMOUNT TO THE SWISS FEDERAL DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE PER THE TERMS OF OUR SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT. Summary: IN MARCH 2017, FPA ENTERED INTO A SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE SWISS FEDERAL DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE ("FDF") IN CONNECTION WITH CERTAIN LATE REPORTING OF TRANSACTIONS AND OWNERSHIP FILINGS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO THE SWISS FINANCIAL MARKET INFRASTRUCTURE ACT AND THE SWISS FEDERAL ACT ON STOCK EXCHANGES AND SECURITIES TRADING. THE TRANSACTIONS IN QUESTION OCCURRED DURING THE FOURTH QUARTER OF 2014 AND THE THIRD QUARTER OF 2015. FPA ACKNOWLEDGED THE LATE SUBMISSIONS AND AGREED TO A REPARATION PAYMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF CHF 15,000 (US$15,060).
