STEPHENS (STEPHENS) TO VIOLATE SECTION 15(A) OF THE EXCHANGE ACT, IN THAT STEPHENS SOLICITED INVESTORS ON BEHALF OF PRIVATE FUNDS, WHILE STEPHENS WAS NOT REGISTERED AS, OR ASSOCIATED WITH, A BROKER DEALER. Status: Final Sanction Detail: ADVISORY AFFILIATE SUSPENDED FROM ASSOCIATION IN A SUPERVISORY CAPACITY WITH ANY BROKER DEALER, INVESTMENT ADVISER OR CERTAIN OTHER SPECIFIED REGULATED ENTITIES FOR A PERIOD OF NINE (9) MONTHS, EFFECTIVE SECOND MONDAY FOLLOWING ENTRY OF THE ORDER. CIVIL MONETARY PENALTY OF $75,000 TO BE PAID WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ENTRY OF ORDER. Summary: WITHOUT ADMITTING OR DENYING THE ALLEGATIONS CONTAINED IN THE ORDER, ADVISORY AFFILIATE DONALD W.
